I’m not big on New Years resolutions, but I am big on making changes in your fitness and health life. So here are some first steps to a healthy and fit life. I’ve said this before, almost daily to myself, but it is a simple plan that if done consistently will bring about remarkable change for the better in your life.
For the good of your body: Take a walk.
For the good of your mind: Read a book.
For the good of your soul: Say a prayer.
