Some years ago, when I was on acadey staff, I wrote an article about Why Police Recruits Fail. I found that in every instance where I saw a police recruit fail, their failure could be defined as a failure of one of the following character traits: JUSTICE JUDGMENT DEPENDABILITY INITIATIVE DECISIVENESS TACT INTEGRITY ENTHUSIASM BEARING UNSELFISHNESS COURAGE KNOWLEDGE LOYALTY ENDURANCE I think I follow you perfectly.
